We are glad to inform you that our new installation of 8 meters of laminating equipment is now in operation . This state of the art laminating machine machine is used in the production of superior geotextile membranes along with composite geotextile membranes to fulfill the requirements of significant construction projects.
It has a maximum width of 8 meters and it supports thicknesses between 0.2mm and 3.0mm for geotextile membranes and 300g to 1500g for composite variants. The manufacturing procedure is easy yet accurate: we start with high-quality plastic pellets and additives, melt them in the extruder to create flexible film, and then combine it with geotextile fabric using heated rollers. The completed membranes, after cooling and hardening, are rolled into rolls that are ready to be shipped and installed.
What makes this equipment noteworthy? First, by its width of 8 meters, it minimises seams, and our clients can have the equipment installed on-site more quickly and efficiently. It can also be very flexible: with the possibility of installing up to seven cutting tools, it allows the production of two membranes with the width of 4 meters instantly, adjusting to the requirements of different projects without any problems.
