Concrete canvas for river channel slope protection

Concrete canvas is a soft cloth soaked in cement that undergoes hydration reaction when exposed to water, hardening into a very thin, waterproof and fire-resistant durable concrete layer.

    I. Product Specifications: Unit area mass ≥ 4000g/㎡, width 4-6m.

    II. Functional Characteristics

Compared to compacted clay liners, it has advantages such as small volume, light weight, good flexibility, good density performance, high shear strength, simple construction, and adaptability to uneven settlement.

The mineralogical name for bentonite is montmorillonite. Natural bentonite is mainly divided into two categories according to its chemical composition: sodium-based and calcium-based. Bentonite has the characteristic of swelling upon contact with water. Generally, calcium-based bentonite expands to only about three times its own volume when it swells, while sodium-based bentonite absorbs five times its own weight in water, expanding to more than 15-17 times its original volume. Locking sodium-based bentonite between two layers of geosynthetic material provides protection and reinforcement, giving the GCL a certain overall shear strength.

    III. Product Application

Benton waterproof blankets are geosynthetic materials specifically designed for seepage prevention in artificial lakes and water features, landfills, underground garages, rooftop gardens, pools, oil depots, and chemical storage areas. They consist of highly expansive sodium-based bentonite filled between specially made composite geotextile and non-woven fabric. The bentonite waterproofing mat, manufactured using a needle-punching method, forms numerous small fiber spaces, preventing the bentonite particles from flowing in one direction. Upon contact with water, it forms a uniform, high-density gel-like waterproof layer within the mat, effectively preventing water leakage.

Hongyue slope protection anti-seepage cement blanket

Slope protection cement blanket is a new type of protective material, mainly used in slope, river, bank protection and other projects to prevent soil erosion and slope damage. It is mainly made of cement, woven fabric and polyester fabric and other materials by special processing.

  • Bentonite waterproof blanket

    Bentonite waterproof blanket

Bentonite waterproofing blanket is a kind of geosynthetic material specifically used for anti-seepage in artificial lake water features, landfills, underground garages, rooftop gardens, pools, oil depots, chemical storage yards and other places. It is made by filling highly expandable sodium-based bentonite between a specially made composite geotextile and a non-woven fabric. The bentonite anti-seepage cushion made by the needle punching method can form many small fiber spaces, which prevents the bentonite particles from flowing in one direction. When it comes into contact with water, a uniform and high-density colloidal waterproof layer is formed inside the cushion, effectively preventing water seepage.

  • Glass Fiber Cement Blanket

    Glass Fiber Cement Blanket

concrete canvas,is a new type of composite material that combines glass fiber and cement-based materials. The following is a detailed introduction from aspects such as structure, principle, advantages and disadvantages

  • Cement blanket is a new type of building material

Cement blanket is a new type of building material

Cementitious composite mats are a new type of building material that combines traditional cement and textile fiber technologies. They are mainly composed of special cement, three-dimensional fiber fabrics, and other additives. The three-dimensional fiber fabric serves as a framework, providing the basic shape and a certain degree of flexibility for the cementitious composite mat. The special cement is evenly distributed within the fiber fabric. Once in contact with water, the components in the cement will undergo a hydration reaction, gradually hardening the cementitious composite mat and forming a solid structure similar to concrete. Additives can be used to improve the performance of the cementitious composite mat, such as adjusting the setting time and enhancing waterproofing.
